Amélie's Homily on Proposal #1 1/2

This presentation by Amélie, the architect's little dog, is actually a Cajun song by Hadley Castille called Beau Geste. Amélie changed the words as she is correcting the yorkie Beau that you saw earlier. Essentially she is saying that prop #1 1/2 is the very last minute proposal by her daddy Jacques , when he was doing a last ditch effort to reconcile the elegance of prop#1 and the practicality of #3. But since she is singing in her native Cajun dialect, I had to provide this explanation. She ends up by saying: Beau I sang for you, and a Beau Geste on your part would be for you to vote for me. Part of prop#1 1/2 is actually one half of your own proposal. So there you go!!! Va voter pour moi cher! I have a feeling you might vote for her too! J.
